Elizabeth Leigh Vassey

American actor Elizabeth Leigh Vassey, born September 9, 1972, is an American. She has played the roles as Emily Ann Sago on the television series All My Children, Captain Liberty on the 2001 television series The Tick as well as Wendy Simms on the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Nikki Beaumont is the web-based show Nikki & Nora. Vassey was Emily Ann Sago, a teenager, on the All My Children's soap opera from 1988 until 1991. She was a frequent character on the television series Tru Calling, as Dr. Carrie Allen. She played a role in several seasons and episodes of Two and a Half Men. The episode "The Most Important Thing You'd Like to Do is to Wind Up with a Hump" in 2003, she appeared in "Twanging Your Magic Clanger" and "The Crazy Bitch Gazette" (2011) as well as in "Nice to Meet You, Walden Schmidt" (the season premiere with Ashton Kutcher).From 2005 until the year 2010, Vassey had a recurring role as Wendy Simms on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Vassey was first seen in the opening credits of the series' CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as an actor who was a regular on the show, and was promoted to a permanent position with the tenth series. Entertainment Weekly reported on June 1st, 2010 that Vassey will not return for the eleventh season of the show. She was a guest on one episode during that season.Vassey made a cameo on Joss Whedon's online musical, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along blog, as "Fury Leika". Vassey is married to David Emmerichs, a camera operator.In 2002, together with co-star Kristin Bauer, Vassey started a company called Neurosis to an T(ee) which designs and sells slogan-covered T-shirts for women. The slogans poke fun at female anxieties and neuroses which often have to do with relationships.
