Priyanka Chopra Biography

Priyanka Chopra was born in Jamshedpur, India on July 18, 1982. Chopra was in high school when she was crowned Miss India. She then was the winner of the 2000 Miss World pageant. After her international triumph, Chopra decided to pursue the world of film and became a major actor in Bollywood. Chopra made waves on American television through the FBI drama Quantico that ran from 2015 until 2018, and made headlines with her marriage to singer and actor Nick Jonas in December 2018. She was in her first Bollywood movie, The Hero: Love Story of a Spy, in 2003. The same year, she also acted in Andaaz. It was the start of a series of films , which comprised Plan, Kismat (a romantic comedy about spying), Asambhav, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Aitrazz, and Asambhav All of which were released in 2004. Although these films didn't have a great time at the box office , Chopra had a great time in her romantic comedy Mujhse Karogi. Chopra was only 20 when she made her film debut with Thamizhan and followed it the following year with Jeet Born to Win. Her debut film, Chopra was clear: "I hated it!" she has said. "I wanted to quit the business after having completed it!" I was not sure of the meaning behind what I was doing." The actor and actress Nick Jonas went public with their romance in the summer of 2018. Their engagement was announced in July. Jonas is reported to propose to Chopra on his 36th birthday. They were married in a lavish, multi-day affair which started on December 1 in 2018.
